They offer 3 different monthly plans, the app is useless if you do not purchase one of these monthly plans and if you want to be warned that your oxygen is dropping, you have to have the 9.99 /mo plan. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.Read more

This is the first heart monitor I’ve used. I consider the price to be reasonable & the size is okay. It is smaller than an those O2 monitors used in doctors office it’s also less bulky. It’s diffinatly accurate, I ended up in the emergency room & for the 2hrs I was hooked my O2 & heart rate matched exactly to hospital equipment. Now the reason it gets a 3 star & not 5. 1. Customer service , there is no phone number the only way to communicate & get your questions answered is through email or chat but, the chat pretty much just sends you to the email. I think they have bots behind that chat option. So if you actually need questions answered it’ll be a while. 2. It disconnectes from the app all the time. I also have not had good customer service. It’s not very clear on instructions. I mean is easy enough to hook up to the app & your network but as I said it disconnected constantly & you can sign up for an online back up report but, if you have any questions about it you’ll have to wait which sucks because the main reason I got this was to record & be able to show my report to the cardiologist. I’m about to get an EKG monitor but, won’t be doing it from this brand because of lack of customer service because I can deal with my con issues if there was someone I could speak to, for guidance of their product.Read more

Device works great. Need to know: If the device is not within good range of your phone it looses bluetooth connection and unable to monitor. Phone also has to be on awake mode – cannot be on lock screen.Read more

This is a piece of junk, do not trust it with your life. While it is extremely accurate when it is reading correctly the refresh rate can be as long as ten minutes or it will just time out and shut off. Not conducive to knowing what is going on with your heart rate or oxygen saturation. I have to shut it off and restart it constantly. A huge waste of $135.Read more

We got this for my mother in law who is on oxygen 24/7. Here oxygen cord got disconnected accidentally and her oxygen got very low before she realized. Got this so it warns her way before it gets dangerous. She also tried it at night to see how her levels were at night. She says it’s comfortable to wear and works really well.Read more

After two week in the hospital with Covid-19 phunoma I knew I was going to have to track my blood o2 closley. This unit does the job perfictly. You ware like a ring and leave it. Works great for sleeping with the ability to set alarms levels and loudness. Batter lasts 10hrs.+.Read more

I purchased this device as I was specifically looking for a remote continuous oximeter. Despite that this Wellue oximeter had real-time remote monitoring features, the measurements were hugely unreliable and inaccurate compared to a bedside hospital grade oximeter or even a cheap $10 fingertip oximeter (even this cheap oximeter measurement matched the bedside monitor). The large inaccuracy of this device made it completely unreliable and useless, but I’m gonna list the pros and cons anyways. Cons: – VERY INACCURATE AND UNRELIABLE. I measured the SpO2 of our patient “simultaneously” with three devices: 1-a bedside hospital grade monitor, 2-a cheap typical $10 oximeter, 3- this Wellue oximeter. While the bedside monitor and the cheap oximeter showed consistent values (within 1% of each other) that changed with patient’s varied oxygen intake (changed between 90-97% in 10 minutes), the Wellue oximeter constantly showed values between 98-99% even when tried on 2 different fingers. This is very disappointing as one cannot trust the measurement on this device for any critical monitoring. – The Android app keeps crashing after opening (read reviews of ViHealth app, as many other users reported the same issue). I had to test this device on iOS. Pros: – Comfortable and firm grip on the finger. – The real-time remote connectivity could be very useful IF the device was accurate. I gave this device a 1-star because accuracy and reliability is the most important factor in a medical device and this device failed on that (on my patient and based on my experience). You need a measurement you can trust and take action based off. All other features, although fancy and advanced, are useless if the device is not reliable in the first place.Read more
