This set is much smaller than I anticipated. I mean much smaller than expected. You could fit this entire set on a small play table surface. The quality of the blocks appeared to be top notch. Whats in the box: Wooden board, Numerical puzzle pieces, Color matching wooden pegs with magnetic top, wooden stick tied to a string with magnetic head, Shapes puzzle pieces. Quality: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wood board as well as puzzle pieces. They are quite sturdy. Room for improvement: wooden board is very smooth and moves easily when placed on wooden floor or table. Rubber pads on the back would be good.Read more

These blocks bring back memories from my childhood. I love the old school toys. I got these as a birthday present for the 3 year old little boy that lives next door. He loved them. His mom texted me the other day to say that he’d played with these blocks more than any other toy he got. Who would’ve guessed?!? The quality is very nice and they’re made from solid wood. They come with a handy storage bag, so you don’t have blocks everywhere. They’re well sanded with rounded edges and only water-based paint materials that are BPA and phthalates free are used on them. The safety of toys that kids are going to potentially put in their mouths is of the utmost priority and these blocks meet those standards. Very cool concept, and my 2 year old son loves it, but a couple issues. Ours bows on one side pretty bad, so the board doesn’t lay flat, it has a side that sticks up basically. It drives me nuts but doesn’t seem to bother my son. If you have a child that is obsessive about the colors being in “rainbow order” this might not be the toy for you, that’s the first thing my 5 year old noticed was that the colors are out of order and that the fish are in the same color order as the rings but the numbers are not. However, I bought this for my 2 year old, and he doesn’t seem to care. He loves the fishing part the most, but at 2.5, since he already knows all the colors, shapes, and numbers on this board, it’s really just fun for him while his older sister does work. It’s really cute, but I don’t think it’s worth the almost $25 I paid for it. I would return it for the bowing issue if my son didn’t like it so much.Read more

There are few things that capture my toddler’s attention and interest like this wonderful toy. Well crafted, beautifully designed, and an instant WINNER for delivering long periods of quiet, educational playtime. My daughter loves to drop everything on the floor and organize all the pieces back to where they belong, learning shapes, colors, numbers, and a wee bit of math along the way.
