The product is very beautiful. It comes in a rectangular box and you have to pull apart the branches to shape the tree. It didn’t find it too difficult but i was gentle. There was a hair stuck in the wires of a branch and it wasn’t mine lol. Not a big deal. A few crystals had fallen off the base but the branches appear to all be intact. The necklace pendants do not come with a chain. The rectangular piece is light, and the circular tree is very nice. Maybe a bit cheap feeling but still beautiful. Overall for the price of 29.99$ its a nice product. I would buy it as a gift as well.Read more

In other words, you have to buy the string for your neck separately. I think it’s a bit silly that the company wouldn’t mention this, but displays pictures of the necklace strung.
