Bought these back in October and just now getting around to trying them out. DO NOT like them, I would rather pay the extra money for the other craft mats even though they are smaller. One of the ad pictures shows it with what I am guessing is beaded water. I don’t know what they put on it before taking that picture but water doesn’t bead up, it goes right through it! I use gesso, medium gel, paints, ink etc in my art and always pour it onto a mat. Glad I went to clean it up right away as EVERYTHING went right through the mat and onto my worktop!Read more

Bought these for crafting, on my dining room table, with children but we don’t use them. If your skin touches the mat, you will eventually start to itch. I own other Teflon craft mats and these are the only mats that irritate your skin. I put them in the trash.Read more

Previously I have bought individual heat resistant craft sheets for more than the price of six sheets. I cut some in half to use on smaller surfaces. They are perfect for protecting surfaces when working on alcohol ink backgrounds. I also use them to protect my workspace from the heat of my Ranger heat tool when doing rubber stamp embossing. It also provides an easy way to return excess embossing powder to the container. Incidentally, I have no idea how to use them with my iron. Crafting beats domesticity any day.Read more

I tried out these sheets for a book binding project where I needed to shield pages from the gluing process and it worked beautifully, The glue did not seep through and the sheet pulled away from the dried glue with no sticking. I still need to test it for another project that will use a heat tool with miniature “iron” for melting plastic enough to flatten it. I don’t expect any trouble based on what I’ve seen so far, but will update my review after my experiment.Read more

Really good product, have tried it for baking and for lining a cooking sheet under a dish that usually splashes a bit and pieces get stuck in the pan. Product came nicely rolled up, not folded so no cracks what so ever and all in all a top notch sheet. Only gripe I have with the product is the heat restrcitions. Some guy tried it on a bbq at 400deg and it caught fire… :PRead more

I had no idea what to expect but the price and quantity were just great. I wasn’t thinking when I ironed the teflon over a sheet of heat bond and the excess heat bond peeled right off the sheet and was good as new. I can’t wait to try it out in the kitchen as non stick freezer paper!Read more

These sheets do not have a coating over the mesh so they likely will leave the mesh pattern on a pressed item. This may not matter for some items being pressed. I press old news print though and these would leave dimpling from the mesh. Basically these are being sold before the coating is placed on during manufacturing. I feel they are unfinished as a result. I have bought others that are coated so will have to look around some more. More sheets sounded nice but not in my case. Cannot tell until I see/feel them though.Read more
