Here is the deal, internal pump, larger than most, designed with slight pillow rise at pump end, 4 1/2 thick. I inflated it four days ago and it has lost like 15% of its air which all air mattress will do to some extent. This will certainly keep it’s air over a nights sleep which is what we want correct? I’m 6’1 1/2 ” and 220 lbs. This baby is perfect. The price is great and so is appearance. I’m going to use it for motorcycle camping because it is also very compact and comes with a carry bag and cording to wrap around the pad before you stick in in the carry bag. Man am I luck to have picked this one out of all there was to choose from.Read more

The mattress took about 2 minutes to inflate and was quite firm even for a 270lb male with broad shoulders. It was actually a little too firm so i let out some of the air and it was perfect. I bought this because i thought it would be wide and thick enough to be comfortable for a bigger guy, no external pump being required is great, and it rolls up into such a compact package.Read more

Okay, so I don’t know who is coming up with the inflation ideas for these air mattresses, but I hope they keep it up, because this is fantastic. We are a family of 5, frequent campers, and the kids are ready for their own tent/camping setup. Bought three of these for them, but I just slept on one during a “Boys only” trip this weekend so I thought I would put out a review. There are no frills here, but these mattresses do what they claim; they keep you off the ground, and put a cushion of air between you and whatever is sticking up below you. I filled my mattress 100% the first night, and it was too stiff, I slid around a lot. The next night i deflated to about 85% and was much happier. So, the blow-up process here is a blast! Perfect for an energetic 8-year-old. You have to stomp on this red circle which has a sponge inside. Stomp, stomp, stomp until its filled, about five minutes or so of stomping. It works. They filled and they stayed filled. I don’t know who came up with this process, but it’s pretty cool and we thought it was fun! Overall, we are pretty happy with this product. I wouldn’t call this product “ultralight”. It’s a little heavy for backpacking, but great for camping from the car. They come in a stuff sack which has a fun clip to close. I gave this a 5 star rating, but please understand that this is an air mattress and can only be so comfortable, don’t expect your bed.Read more

I chose this as my sleeping pad for a recent camping trip and was very happy with my decision. The self inflating pad that comes with it takes some getting used to as mentioned in other reviews, it’s a bit like doing CPR. I found myself blowing it up about 1/2 the time which took 10 – 15 breaths. Sleeping on it was very pleasant, I couldn’t feel the ground at all whether on my back, side, or stomach. I weigh about 175lbs and am 5’10 and I fit on it with plenty of room. My sleeping bag laying on top of it made noise when I would turn about, but that’s the only thing I can think of that I didn’t like. I’ll be using this pad for a long time to comeRead more

Just got this air mattress and it is a piece of trash. The “self inflating” function doesn’t work AT ALL. The horribly written instructions tell you to “Keep stamping on the pump up and down.” but it is of no use since the air comes right back out the red valve. I “stamped” on it for more than a minute straight and there wasn’t a whisper of air added to inflate it. A piece of garbage. I am immediately returning and asking for a refund as this item is clearly defective.Read more

This is a very comfortable air mattress. I was reluctant to pack it in due to the weight, but am so glad I did. Temp outside got to about 40 degrees F. Had a tarp under the tent, but this kept me from feeling the cold. When I woke up, the floor of the tent was freezing cold. The top of this pad was body temperature or the same temp as the outside of my bag. Amazing. It inflates easily. I puffed a few breaths in to get it started, then did the rest by foot. Done in less than 5 minutes. Had to let a little air out to make it more form fitting. Packing it back into the stuff sack it comes with was no real problem. Just fold in half and half again, make sure the exhaust plug is open, and roll it up. Easy. Highly recommend this product and seller. Arrived on time and well packaged. Good Deal!Read more

This product so far is above and beyond my expectations… the color is quite elegant and the stitches are just neat. I didn’t see any threads at this point. It s easy to blow to its full shape and super comfy when I lay down on it. I have a trip planned for my boyfriend s upcoming birthday in October and we r going to Bear Mt to see the leaves fall! . I think I might buy another one so that we both have one. So looking forward to it with this perfect pad!Read more

I’ve been product testing for our warm winter weather camping season in FL. Initially happy when I found this one. It’s wider, has the foot/sponge pump, not too loud, long so I can fold up one end like a pillow… So far, was really happy with this one. Didn’t fully inflate it when I got it. Laid down and made sure my elbows didn’t hit the floor even tho my bum did. Let it sit on the floor for about 12 hours. Did not add anymore air. Laid down, rolled around, climbed into a sleeping bag, snuggled with my 3 year old. Went to get up so my hubby can try. Elbow went right through. So it’s either defective, my elbows are underutilized, or it’s just stinks. Which is unfortunate.Read more
